CACTUS Software Ltd. is based in Nelson New Zealand, offering a wide range of web services and products to a diverse customer base within New Zealand and internationally.

The key staff members of Cactus have more than 25 years combined international experience in Software Design including projects for Windows and UNIX systems, Webdesign, Online Shops, DTP and Graphic Design. In addition, Cactus is able to draw on the professional expertise of a diverse group of associates as required.

Our main area of work are e-Commerce internet applications, business websites and programming windows applications. We also offer webhosting.

During the last 10 years we gained considerable expertise in the e-commerce field and designed and run a number of successful e-commerce websites.

Our main programming tool is Delphi but we are also using Visual Basic if appropriate. We use the remarkably powerful WebHub Web site automation framework to power dynamic websites. For smaller web applications we also use ASP, CGI and PHP.

Interbase or SQL-Server, mySQL, Access or Paradox are our databases of choice. Another area of expertise is automated distribution of data via email, fax, pager, mobile note etc.
